(RED) Ambassador Scarlett Johansson journeyed to Rwanda with the (RED) team to see firsthand the impact of (RED) money. Scarlett visited clinics that receive (RED) funds, spending time with some of the doctors that care for HIV / AIDS patients. Witnessing the effects of antiretroviral treatment, Scarlett said “it was explained to me, this idea of the ‘Lazarus Effect’, before and after taking the antiretroviral medicine.
