The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria:

The Global Fund was established in 2002 to dramatically increase resources to fight three of the world's most devastating diseases. Since its creation, the Global Fund has become the dominant financier of programs to fight AIDS, TB and malaria, with $15 billion for programs in 140 countries. The Global Fund is an innovative partnership of governments, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector.

The One Campaign:

Also co-founded by Bono and Bobby Shriver ONE is a non-partisan campaign of over 2.4 million people and growing from all 50 States and over 100 of America’s most well known and respected non-profit, advocacy and humanitarian organizations working towards making poverty history. As ONE, they aim to raise awareness about the issues of global poverty, hunger and disease, and efforts to fight such problems in the world’s poorest countries.
The Living Proof Project

The Living Proof Project is a multimedia initiative intended to highlight successes of US-funded global health programs. By reporting success stories back to the people who funded them – Americans and their representatives – they hope to reframe the current global health conversation. Millions of lives have already been transformed and saved with effective, affordable solutions.The Living Proof Project has the knowledge, innovative technologies and proven tools to do much more.
Global Business Coalition on HIV and AIDS:

GBC is a coalition of more than 220 companies united to keep the fight against HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria a global priority. The GBC links the public and private sectors in ways that pool talents and resources.
Friends of the Global Fight United States:

Friends of the Global Fight Against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria is an advocacy organization dedicated to sustaining and expanding US support for the Global Fund’s life saving work around the world.
Global AIDS Alliance:

The Global AIDS Alliance seeks to mobilize a comprehensive and compassionate response to the global AIDS crisis while addressing the epidemic’s fundamental links to social justice issues such as poverty and gender inequality.
UNAIDS:

UNAIDS, the joint United Nations program on HIV/AIDS, is an innovative joint venture of the United Nations family, bringing together the efforts and resources of ten UN system organizations in the AIDS response to help the world prevent new HIV infections, care for people living with HIV, and mitigate the impact of the epidemic.
United Nations Foundation:

The UN Foundation was created in 1998 with entrepreneur and philanthropist Ted Turner’s historic $1 billion gift, to build and implement public-private partnerships to address the world’s most pressing problems, and broadens support for the UN through advocacy and public outreach. The UN Foundation is a public charity.

Friends of the Global Fund Africa:

Friends Africa (Friends of the Global Fund Africa) is a pan-African organization which works to mobilize strategic political and financial support for the fight against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria through education, multi-sectoral advocacy and documentation. They target every sector that can aid in overcoming three pandemics including civil society, the private sector and government while addressing the participation of all levels of society spanning influential African lawmakers/parliamentarians to vulnerable community members all over the continent.
Friends of the Global Fund Europe:

The Friends of the Global Fund Europe launched in April 2005, under the patronage of Jacques Chirac, former President of the French Republic, and gathers representatives from the United States and European Institutions, civil society and the private sector to fight against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
Friends of the Global Fund Japan:

The Friends of the Global Fund Japan is a private support group that works to promote a greater understanding of the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, and to encourage Japan to expand its role in the battle against communicable diseases and build cooperation between Japan and other East Asian countries in this shared struggle. The FGFJ draws upon participation from diverse sectors of Japanese society including the fields of government, business, academia, labor and the non-profit sphere.
Young Heroes:

The Young Heroes program gathers funds from sponsors to distribute to Swaziland’s orphan children under the age of 18. Their goal is to keep families together on their homesteads and in their communities.
Coalition for Sustainable Africa:

CSAfrica is a collaboration of non-profit organizations offering sustainable solution for grass roots initiatives to empower the people and communities of Africa. They are currently working in 9 countries with programs focused on children, health, economics, education, women’s empowerment, orphan care and the environment through CSAfrica’s local community-driven development approach. Their projects address the elimination of poverty and help promote peace and security.
Face AIDS:

Face AIDS is a student campaign to fight AIDS in Africa. Their aim is to connect young people with individuals affected by the pandemic and with the opportunities that exist to fight it, in an effort to make this epidemic less anonymous to the youth of the United States.
World Vision:

World Vision is a Christian Relief and development organization dedicated to helping children and their communities worldwide reach their potential by tackling the cause of poverty. They help transform the lives of the world’s poorest children and families in nearly 100 countries. Their non-profit work extends assistance to all people regardless of their religious beliefs, gender, race or ethnic background.

So far, the Global Fund is supporting programs which are providing AIDS treatments for 1.75 million people
